Here's what we recommend:
- Each committee presentation should be 10-15 minutes long. This is not very long, so keep to the point. Focus on what that committee needs to hear.
- Each slide should only have 3 or 4 bullets
- Some of the committee rooms are really small so try to keep it to 4-6 students per presentation.
- Break up the talking points so that sucessive slides alternate speakers.
- Dress as you feel appropriate for this meeting.
- Allow time at the end for questions.
- If you're asked a question and you don't know: don't bullshit. Say we don't know and "good question, if you want we can research that".
